Taxonomy
Syringopora praehanshanensis was named by May (2005). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Quarry Certovy schody-zapad, Koneprusy, central reef, which is in a Pragian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Koneprusy Formation of the Czech Republic.
