Paracrax gigantea
Taxonomy
Paracrax gigantea was named by Cracraft (1968). Its type specimen is F:A.M. No. 42999, a limb element (distal end of right humerus), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Cedar Pass (Leptauchenia Clays), which is in a Whitneyan terrestrial horizon in South Dakota.
