Belgirallus minutus
Taxonomy
Belgirallus minutus was named by Mayr and Smith (2001). Its type specimen is IRScNB Av 61, a limb element (distal end of right humerus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Boutersem TGV, which is in a Rupelian fluvial-lacustrine sandstone in the Borgloon Formation of Belgium.
