Ussatchovia was named by Kovalev (1982). It is not extant. Its type is Ussatchovia jurassica.
It was assigned to Rhagionempidinae by Kovalev (1985); to Rhagionidae by Kovalev (1982) and Carpenter (1992); and to Rhagionempididae by Nagatomi and Yang (1998).
