Numbigilga ernielundeliusi
Taxonomy
Numbigilga ernielundeliusi was named by Beck et al. (2008). Its type specimen is QM F24357, a mandible (partial right mandible preserving p2-m4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bluff Downs station, Main Quarry, which is in a Zanclean fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the Allingham Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Numbigilga.
