Plesiadapis remensis
Taxonomy
Plesiadapis remensis was named by Lemoine (1887). Its type specimen is MNHN Cl no. 13, a mandible (right mandible with P3-4, M1-3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cernay, which is in a Thanetian terrestrial horizon in the Conglomérat de Cernay Formation of France.
