Roundyella simplicissima

Taxonomy
Amphissites simplicissimus was named by Knight (1928). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Knight's locality #37, which is in a Desmoinesian offshore shale in the Henrietta Formation of Missouri. It is the type species of Roundyella.

It was recombined as Roundyella simplicissima by Chen and Bao (1986), Olempska and Blaszyk (1996), Crasquin-Soleau (1997).
