Taxonomy
Paraconularia arctica was named by Babcock (1988). Its type specimen is GSC 90693 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 26406, Lyall River, Grinnell Peninsula, Devon Island, which is in a Roadian offshore shelf sandstone/limestone in the Assistance Formation of Canada.
