Miocepphus blowi
Taxonomy
Miocepphus blowi was named by Wijnker and Olson (2009). Its type specimen is USNM 237207, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is White Oak Landing, Zone 25, which is in a Messinian offshore sandstone in the Eastover Formation of Virginia.
