Ashokia antiqua
Taxonomy
Ashokia antiqua was named by Bajpai et al. (2009). Its type specimen is K60/448, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Waghapadar, which is in a Lutetian coastal claystone in the Harudi Formation of India. It is the type species of Ashokia.
