Cooleyella fordi

Taxonomy
Anachronistes fordi was named by Duffin and Ward (1983). Its type specimen is BMNH P.60670, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Steeplehouse Quarry, Bolehill, Wirksworth, which is in an Asbian/Brigantian carbonate limestone/shale in the Cawdor Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Cooleyella fordi by Duffin et al. (1996), Koot et al. (2013), Ivanov and Duffin (2024).
