Stenotatus planus
Taxonomy
Stenotatus planus was named by Scillato-Yané and Carlini (1998). It is not extant. Its type specimen is MLP 91-I-10-54, an osteoderm. Its type locality is Cerro Boleadoras, which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian fluvial horizon in the Cerro Boleadoras Formation of Argentina.
