Taxonomy
Crucella kaisunensis was named by Carter et al. (1998). Its type locality is S7-4-89-CNA-KUH-8 Kunga Island, which is in a Sinemurian basinal (siliciclastic) limestone/siltstone in the Sandilands Formation of Canada.
