Lorancahyus hypsorhizus
Taxonomy
Lorancahyus hypsorhizus was named by Pickford and Morales (1998). Its type specimen is LO-3862, a mandible (right mandible with M/2-3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Loranca, which is in a Miocene terrestrial horizon in Spain. It is the type species of Lorancahyus.
