Morotochoerus ugandensis
Taxonomy
Morotochoerus ugandensis was named by Pickford (1998). Its type specimen is MOR 177-178, a mandible (right mandible with P/4-M/3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Moroto I (1985 collection), which is in a Miocene/Miocene fluvial mudstone/siltstone in Uganda.
