Taxonomy
Kokenospira guizhouensis was named by Xi (1974). Its type specimen is NIGP 22049 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Zhongying Section X17-54, Qinglong County, which is in a Changhsingian carbonate limestone in the Changxing Formation of China.
