Lusitaneura covensis
Taxonomy
Lusitaneura covensis was named by Loureiro et al. (2010). Its type specimen is J. Loureiro private coll., a wing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is São Pedro da Cova (Loureiro collection), which is in a Stephanian C lacustrine shale in Portugal. It is the type species of Lusitaneura.
