Samsonileon fragmentatus
Taxonomy
Samsonileon fragmentatus was named by Ponomarenko (1997). Its type specimen is HU 38330, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Gerofit (Hebrew University collection), which is in a Turonian lagoonal shale in the Ora Formation of Israel. It is the type species of Samsonileon.
