Macaroblattula ellipsoides
Taxonomy
Macaroblattula ellipsoides was named by Wang et al. (2007). Its type specimen is CNU-B-LB-2006379, an exoskeleton (Left forewing and both hindwings), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Huangbanjigou, Chaomidian Village (CNU collection), which is in a Barremian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Yixian Formation of China. It is the type species of Macaroblattula.
