Taxonomy
Palaeonemoura abdita was named by Sinitshenkova (2004). Its type specimen is PIN 3695/5, a forewing (anterior margin of forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Galevo (Kostovaty, PIN collection 3695), which is in a Wordian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.
