Kawina limbata
Taxonomy
Kawina limbata was named by Whittington (1963) [Includes GSC 669c (formerly Kawina vulcanus). Note that reference incorrectly includes GSC 669a on p. 92 rather than 669c as indicted on p. 91 and in Plate 25, fig. 9, 11, 12 (presumably this is just a typo).]. Its type specimen is GSC 16267, a cephalon/head, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Alpha Boulder, Table Head, which is in a Whiterockian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in Canada.
