Protohymen readi
Taxonomy
Protohymen readi was named by Carpenter (1933). Its type specimen is MCZ 3257ab, an exoskeleton (four wings attached to complete body), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Elmo, MCZ 1932 collection Upper Limestone, which is in an Artinskian pond limestone in the Wellington Formation of Kansas.
