Protohymen anomalus
Taxonomy
Protohymen anomalus was named by Zimmerman (1962). Its type specimen is Univ Wichita 1045, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Tasch Locality Kay II, Bed 6, which is in an Artinskian lacustrine limestone in the Wellington Formation of Oklahoma.
