Taxonomy
Blattula lanceolata was named by Vishnyakova (1982). Its type specimen is PIN 1809/14, an elytra (Left elytrum without apex), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Novospasskoye village (PIN collection 1809), which is in an Oxfordian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Ichetuy Formation of the Russian Federation.
