Taxonomy
Blattulites bilineatus was named by Vishnyakova (1982). Its type specimen is PIN 1487/110, a nymph (female nymph of last stage with fragmentarily preserved pronotum & terminal appendages), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Iya Locality (PIN collection 1487), which is in a Toarcian lacustrine - small horizon in the Cheremkhovskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
