Mesostenophlebia anglicana
Taxonomy
Mesostenophlebia anglicana was named by Fleck et al. (2003). Its type specimen is MNEMG 1996.93, a wing (incomplete wing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Durlston Bay, Bed DB36c, Hard Cockle Beds, Swanage, which is in a Berriasian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal marl in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Mesostenophlebia.
