Parabrachydiplax miocenica
Taxonomy
Parabrachydiplax miocenica was named by Bechly and Sach (2002). Its type specimen is Braith-Mali-Museum P569, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Heggbach, plant-bearing layer, which is in an Orleanian terrestrial marl in the Upper Freshwater Molasse Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Parabrachydiplax.
