Santanoptera gabbotti

Taxonomy
Santanoptera gabbotti was named by Martill and Nel (1996). Its type specimen is LEIUG 1155858, a forewing (Forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Crato (LEIUG collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Santanoptera.
