Aeschnidiopsis flindersiensis
Taxonomy
Aeschna flindersiensis was named by Woodward (1884). It is an impression. Its type locality is Flinders River, which is in an Aptian carbonate lime mudstone in the Walumbilla Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Aeschnidium flindersiense by Handlirsch (1907); it was recombined as Aeschnidiopsis flindersiensis by Tillyard (1918), Riek (1954) and Nel and Martínez-Delclòs (1993).
