Dioctria florissantina

Taxonomy
Leptis florissantina was named by Cockerell (1909). Its type specimen is University of Colorado Museum, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Florissant, Station 13B, which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.

It was recombined as Dioctria florissantina by James (1939).
