Heterorhyphus anomalus
Taxonomy
Mesorhyphus anomalus was named by Handlirsch (1939). Its type specimen is GPI EMAU 123/94, a wing, and it is a mold. Its type locality is Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Greifswald collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore claystone in Germany.
It was recombined as Heterorhyphus anomalus by Ansorge and Krzemiński (1995).
