Actinohymen russelli
Taxonomy
Actinohymen russelli was named by Carpenter (1962). Its type specimen is USNM 140898 PC #29, a wing (distal half of wing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Emily Irish Land Grant Locality, which is in an Artinskian terrestrial horizon in the Petrolia Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Actinohymen.
