Taxonomy
Moravohymen vitreus was named by Kukalová-Peck (1972). Its type specimen is DPCU 4/1972, a hindwing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Obora, southern edge of ravine, which is in an Asselian lacustrine - small shale in the Letovice Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Moravohymen.
