Petrelcana elongata
Taxonomy
Petrelcana elongata was named by Carpenter (1966). Its type specimen is MCZ 6306, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Elmo, MCZ 1932 collection Lower Limestone, which is in an Artinskian pond limestone in the Wellington Formation of Kansas. It is the type species of Petrelcana.
