Taxonomy
Pseudopolycentropus latipennis was named by Martynov (1927). It is an impression. Its type locality is Karatau-Karabastau (PIN collection unspecified), which is in a Kimmeridgian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
