Orthophlebia phryganoides
Taxonomy
Orthophlebia phryganoides was named by Martynov (1925). Its type specimen is 1775/17, a wing (both fore & hindwings), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Galkino (PIN collection 2452), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
It was recombined as Orthophlebia (Dolichophlebia) phryganoides by Hong and Zhang (2007).
