Taxonomy
Fuzia dadao was named by Vršanský et al. (2009). Its type specimen is CNU-B-NN-2006-666, an exoskeleton (complete male), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2006 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China. It is the type species of Fuzia.
