Mesithone maculata

Taxonomy
Mesithone maculata was named by Panfilov (1980). Its type specimen is PIN 2784/1058, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2784), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
