Saxomyrmeleon keatingei
Taxonomy
Saxomyrmeleon keatingei was named by Nel and Jarzembowski (1998). Its type specimen is NHM II 448, a wing (complete wing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Old road cutting, Teffont Evias, Vale of Wardour, which is in a Berriasian terrestrial horizon in the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Saxomyrmeleon.
