Taxonomy
Spengleria vetusta was named by Waagen (1881). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Amb, very highest beds of Productus-limestone, Salt Range, which is in a Changhsingian coastal sandstone in the Chhidru Formation of Pakistan.
