Taxonomy
Ichangia was named by Chang (1965) [in Lu et al., Sepkoski's age data: Cm Boto-l Sepkoski's reference number: 463]. It is not extant. Its type is Ichangia ichangensis.
It was assigned to Ptychopariida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Estaingiidae by Jell and Adrain (2002).
