Taxonomy
Lenica unica was named by Goryanskiy (1977). It is not extant. Its type locality is Achchagyy-Tuoydakh River, Sinsk, which is in a Botomian marine horizon in the Sinsk Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Lenica.
