Taxonomy
Triassoblatta triquestra was named by Dodds (1949). Its type specimen is UQ 1491(1492), a tegmen (right tegmen), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Railway cutting, Por. 202, Par. Chuwar, which is in a Norian lacustrine shale in the Mount Crosby Formation of Australia.
