Sphaeropsocoides canadensis
Taxonomy
Sphaeropsocoides canadensis was named by Grimaldi and Engel (2006). Its type specimen is CNC 642, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (CNC May 1973 collection), which is in a Campanian terrestrial amber in the Foremost Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Sphaeropsocoides.
