Baissoleon cretaceus
Taxonomy
Baissoleon cretaceus was named by Makarkin (1990). Its type specimen is PIN 1989/54, a wing (almost complete fore and hindwings), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 1989), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
