Principiala incerta
Taxonomy
Principiala incerta was named by Makarkin and Menon (2007). Its type specimen is SMNK PAL 5352, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (SMNK collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Principiala.
