Besobrasovia latissima
Taxonomy
Besobrasovia latissima was named by Cockerell (1928). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Galkino (Middle Asian Museum, Tashkent), which is in a Kimmeridgian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Besobrasovia.
