Stenochrysa gradata
Taxonomy
Stenochrysa gradata was named by Jepson et al. (2012). Its type specimen is MANCH LL.16085.a-b, a forewing (fragmentary anterior portion), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Durlston Bay, Bed DB175, Swanage (Manchester Mus), which is in a Berriasian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Durlston Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Stenochrysa.
