Gondwanoperlidium argentinarum
Taxonomy
Gondwanoperlidium argentinarum was named by Pinto and Purper (1978). Its type specimen is MLP 8908, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Minas de Petroleo (Kurtz coll), which is in a Carnian lacustrine delta plain shale/claystone in the Potrerillos Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Gondwanoperlidium.
