Zorotypus (Octozoros) nascimbenei
Taxonomy
Zorotypus nascimbenei was named by Engel and Grimaldi (2002). Its type specimen is AMNH Bu-341, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (AMNH collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Zorotypus (Octozoros).
It was recombined as Zorotypus (Octozoros) nascimbenei by Engel (2003).
